You will find current biographies for the members of the eBay Board of Directors, the current charters for the various committees of the board of directors, the Code of Ethics for Senior Financial Advisors, and a description of any exceptions eBay may make to the policy for senior executives or board members. The Code of Ethics for Senior Financial advisors is applicable to the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, the Controller, and other senior members of eBay's finance organization.
